Mattress cores
The standard latex foam EKON is manufactured from 80% Synthetic and 20 % Natural latex, medium density 65 kg/m3. According to customers’ demand we are able to produce latex foam cores with up to 80 % Natural rubber, density up to 100 kg/m3, and different blends – cool gel latex, memory latex, FR latex.
Every few years our R&D team is creating some new and innovative products – AirAir latex, Memory latex, Gel latex, Coral.
