Sheets

The Sheets consist of 100 % latex and are two types – 1 zone (made from Roll latex) and 7 zones (made from Standard 7 zone latex foam mattress core).

Wide range of density and hardness: 

• For 1 zone sheets – hardness M (density 65 kg/m3) and hardness F (density 72 kg/m3). Only for Fire retardant 1 zone sheets the density for 1 cm thickness is 90 kg/m3 and for over 2 cm – 75 kg/m3
• For 7 zone sheets – hardness M (density 65 kg/m3)

Width: according to customer`s demand

Length:190 and 200 cm

Thickness: 1 to 4 cm

• 7 zone sheets

Width: up to 183 cm

Length: up to 203 cm

Thickness: 2 to 20 cm

Composition:

• 1 zone sheets

Standard: 80 % SBR Synthetic latex 20 % natural

Custom: Up to 80 % Natural

Alternative blends: Fire retardant latex or Gel latex

• 7 zone sheets

Standard: 80 % SBR Synthetic latex 20 % natural

Custom: Up to 80 % Natural

Alternative blends: Fire retardant latex, Memory latex or Gel latex
