Latex foam

The latex foam is a kind of material the wide application of which has been discovered during the mid-20th century. Thanks to its elasticity and absolute harmlessness, latex is irreplaceable for the production of latex mattresses, teats, latex condoms, surgical gloves, etc.

EKON products have been developed through utilization of latex foaming DUNLOP technology. They are tested for harmful substances according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Our products not only meet the requirements, but they were evaluated as class I, which is for baby articles. The company have also an implemented quality management system based on EN ISO 9001 : 2001. For our UK customers we are producing FR Latex foam cores and sheets, for which we have a FIRA certificate.
